You have no idea what you'e talking about, moron. The courts can't order a government agency to violate your rights. No part of government can have anything to dowith such a thing. You obviously don't even know what the Bill of Right means.Lol dude you’re a fucking idiot. You have no idea what you’re talking about. This is how the FBI cracks down on this. If you visit the wrong dark web website and the FBI infiltrated it, the Supreme Court gives them permission to get a warrant for that computer. They can track it either by IP address or with a rootkit they install remotely on the computer. This would be especially true if the porn was downloaded from that computer. But even then, they are allowed to bust anyone visiting the site because it’s illegal to view it without owning it.
When the BOR uses the term "government" do you believe that doesn't include the FBI or the courts?
What a fucking moron.
What the fuck does "infiltrate" mean? A website is one thing. Your computer is something entirely different. Everything on it is protected by the 4th Amendment.
Websites that are on the internet are generally open to the public. Just like any member of the public, the FBI is free to peruse whatever is on them. That doesn't mean they are allowed to break into servers and read privileged information.
