Trump asks Supreme Court to block the release of his tax returns

Since when was it a thing for presidents to release their college papers? What would that even be for? If you’d want to bust him on plagiarism, the university could have easily done that themselves and took the appropriate punishment.
Not plagiarism, What was his mindset in college, what were his influences, etc.

Lol you keep talking about me thinking Trump should be compelled. I already told you I don’t think he should be compelled in general to do this. Of course, given the special circumstance of the NY investigation that he’s probably guilty of, he SHOULD be compelled. That all started in 2019. In 2015 when he first said he would not release them, the thought never crossed my mind that someone should force him.
What's he guilty of, turd?

If you get in to a good school and seek some loan or grant available only to foreign born students, and that paperwork were to be released to the public, one of two things would be true.

You’d either be (1) a foreign born person OR (2) you lied about it to commit a financial fraud.

Or perhaps part of your application to get admitted in the first place made mention of your alleged foreign born student status in order for you to take advantage of some admittance preference? Leads to the same basic dichotomy. You were honest and were foreign born OR you lied in your application.

Think it through. Even if you were born in Hawaii (not in Kenya), but your opposition had started to claim that you weren’t eligible to be President because you weren’t a natural born citizen, the revelation would damage you. Because you’d have to acknowledge the lies in your College record (student loans or admission packet) or deny that you had lied by admitting the natural born citizen contention.

Lol dude his mindset? Good god. It’s not like college students can just write whatever the fuck they want.

And what specifically makes the seizure illegal?

Because without the returns, the investigation likely dies. The fact is that they need Trump to actively contribute to the investigation against him, and you cannot compel a person to do that...

Lol they would be compelling the IRS directly. Not him.

The 4th Amendment, moron. I know you consider the Bill of Rights to be just a bureaucratic obstacle.
Hey idiot, if the FBI finds the wrong kind of porn on someone’s computer remotely, they can easily get a warrant to seize his electronic devices. Devices that came from his own possession and home. That isn’t a violation of his 4th amendment rights. The same logic applies here.

How would they legally find anything on your computer remotely? That would violate your 4th Amendment rights.

What a fucking moron.

I found it interesting that he didn't want anyone looking at them. I didn't, however, launch a years-long tirade about it, breathlessly hoping that a judge somewhere would finally give us the satisfaction we so desperately need.

Uh no because the court would be compelling the IRS. The IRS isn’t the one voluntarily giving it over. Also, see my post below
So he courts can compel the IRS to violate the 4th Amendment? No one is "voluntarily giving it over," dumbass.

You are the biggest dumbfuck in the forum.

Lol dude you’re a fucking idiot. You have no idea what you’re talking about. This is how the FBI cracks down on this. If you visit the wrong dark web website and the FBI infiltrated it, the Supreme Court gives them permission to get a warrant for that computer. They can track it either by IP address or with a rootkit they install remotely on the computer. This would be especially true if the porn was downloaded from that computer. But even then, they are allowed to bust anyone visiting the site because it’s illegal to view it without owning it.

Lol dude what are you talking about right now? You’re basically saying it’s illegal for the government to seize any kind of evidence on someone committing a crime. That doesn’t apply to the 4th.
