Look, it’s crystal clear now.

the Democrats pulled off a masterstroke in this healthcare tug-of-war. They fought hard during the shutdown to save those enhanced ACA subsidies shielding 22 million from premium spikes. Despite GOP bluster like Mike Johnson’s “boondoggle” label, Trump now admits an extension “may be necessary” to cut deals. That’s caving in…

the subsidies stick around because Dems made expiration toxic with deadlines looming. When you protect everyday folks from ACA fallout, you win. Blue team wins this one.

ANY politician who signs onto and/or votes to continue those subsidies or in any way expand the ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc… will be DEAD to me. I will actively work to see them defeated in all future elections.

Trump doesn't write the laws dumbass. The House and Senate do.
Any subsidies would be temporary, don't spike the ball on the 5 yard line.

Yeah lets keep a known disaster as policy. Great plan......CCan ya even find a private practice DR these days???? Thanks libs......thought you hated evil corps

In other words, they fought hard to **** 200 million people to soothe the butt hurt of those who think that government should exist to let them live free of charge.

Trump has great influence over Congress. I didn’t say he writes laws. Many GOP congressmen are afraid of Trump disowning them or attacking them online. So many vote the way he says he wants them to vote.

Look at MTG. but they actually knew about the dangers of crossing Trump even before MTG. Trump‘s wishes will prevail. And I support him on this one, as a big government conservative.

And Trump admits it’s necessary. I mean, I assume you read the article

Your omission of Trump stood out like a sore thumb in your post. I wonder why.

Trump is wrong. I always call him out when I think he is wrong.

Healthcare should be forbidden from government influence, full stop.
You are not a real conservative. You expect us to think that you are a conservative when you disagree with Trump on such important issue?

Because we can count on you to blame Trump for a cat, across the street, knocking over a flower pot.

why work your side of the street?
I actually agree with Trump on this one.

I think the answer is that you
have no independent thought

You wait for Trump to say something before you to make a decision, which will amount to whatever Trump wants.

If Trump wants to destroy me, supporting subsidies is not gonna cut it.

Technically it is called compromising. But you knew that, didn't you?

The only caving was done by the Democrats when they ended the Schumer Shutdown.
