I'm using Trend Micro Internet Security Pro v.2 . It blocks this stuff and I never see it until I get a weekly report and it shows it was destroyed. It does a nice job.

TROJ_FAKEAV.SM <From Trend...The location of the Trojan pointed right at Google according to my log. The link describes the virus. It cannot be quarantined. It has to be deleted.

It looks like a stop sign and it says 'ABP' on it

It it's not showing, go tools-->addons -->AdBlock Plus and make sure it's set to display

then

right-click on your toolbar and select 'customize'. Drag the ABP icon to the toolbar of your choice
