This is a transgender man meaning a woman pretending to be a man. She pretending to be a he wanted a hysterectomy of healthy female organs so she would feel more manly. The Catholic hospital declined on the grounds that it does not perform unnecessary elective surgeries to remove heathy orgsns. The trans sued alleging the refusal was on religious grounds.
