Whatever law school gave him his degree...whatever state allowed him to enter the Bar...whatever editor decided to publish this garbage should be removed from circulation. They are not worthy of existence.
JUDGES JUSTICES DO NOT MAKE LAW It is BULLSHIT! They interpret the law, they apply the law, they discern the law, and that's it. There is no Constitutional justification for this persons garbage, and he undoubtedly knows it.
