As I posted in another thread now that this book and others are banned teenagers will read them and pass the books around to friends. They tried the same in the 1970s when I was a teen . Censorship always getsa backlash among teens.

Oh yeah, kids are gonna rush out to read To Kill a Mockingbird. Kids who have to read it can't stay awake long enough to finish it.

Creating obstacles to education is not a good thing. It just contributes to the dumbing down of Americans. Hitler did that. They had bookburnings and he shut down 90% of German newspapers .
