Special elections can have unusual results, but they had to pour millions into this seat against a far-left extremist opponent in order to hold it when it should have been a walk in the park and on nobody's radar. I actually live in Nashville. Nashville has been all Dem for three decades. Taxes are through the roof, so is crime, and so is open practice of homosexuality, even many churches in Nashville fly the "pride flag" outside. Is Nashville as awful as SF or ATL, not yet, but it is headed that way.

How do the churches supporting gays differ from any other city? Answer: It doesn't. Cool your homophobia. No one cares.

Any actual Christian want to respond to this? 40 years ago churches in Nashville did not fly the pride flag, a whole bunch do now, including the one across West End from the Vanderbilt entrance, Commodore Cornelius has to stare at it.

Until Covid there was a large amount of homeless living in Centennial park right across the street from the Vandy football stadium. There were huge settlements all over Nashville, under bridges, in parks, and a giant camp outside of the Walmart on Charlotte that was hundreds of heroine addicts buying it from one guy who they busted and let him walk on cheap bail. Murfreesboro Road had like 10 different camps before Covid. because there are many undeveloped land parcels on that road.
