Bad law needs to be overturned and brought into compliance with the Constitution, not the other way around. We have had decades of activist courts stretching, twisting, pulling, and sometimes even referencing foreign law in attempts to circumvent the plain meaning of the Constitution.

There are plenty of long held traditions that were overturned by the court, and you applauded them, so don't get self-righteous and bloviate about "legal precedence" as if it's somehow so sacred it cannot be touched, or that it has never been touched before.

Justice Thomas is one of the greatest Supreme Court justices of all time, and has a tremendous, almost unbelievable, percentage of correct votes.

And he's on target here. There is no right to abortion in the constitution and there is no right to take it in the caboose either.

OTOH, the right to bear arms is right there in the Bill of Fucking Rights.

You libs really need to try to pass constitutional amendments if you want to eliminate the 2nd Amendment and want to add a right to Sodomy.
