That's not exactly what MAGA is from the leaderships view point. From the leadership view point, it's a political tool to convince voters and donors that it's all those things you listed. It's sort of like a campaign slogan, to them.
Getting enough support for their slogan will allow them to pass bills and sign laws into effect that if those same exact bills came from the left, it would be rejected. IE the last CR or this new spending bill. Or funding Ukraine again. Or bombing Yemen & Syria.

We do know that Elon was in charge of DOGE. That he did a pretty good job of it when he was there.
We also know that this BBB is a heaping pile of swamp food. That spends more than any other reconciliation bill in the history of our country. That's it's riddled with pork for just about anything and everything.
We know that it's got 1000 bad things in it and only a few good things. Which undermines all the work that DOGE has been doing.
We know that Trump promised huge spending cuts. Actual ones. They made out like the spending cuts would be so massive, that there'd be no reason to increase the debt ceiling.
We're also learning that many of the good things in this bill, are only temporary.

We also know that these huge spending bills are what creates 90% of the inflation in this country. We know that inflation causes higher prices. And those higher prices force wage increases. Which creates even higher prices... And just about the time all that stables out, (IE economic recovery stage) the government borrows and dumps trillions more $$$$ into the economy. Then the cycle starts all over again. (the economic bust cycle)

This has been going on since the first real RINO. Reagan. Who was the first president to spend over a trillion $$$. Who increased the debt ceiling 17 times. Which isn't much different than Trump, who suspended the debt ceiling for 2 full years.
