i hope, really really hope, that will not be the fate of NATO and the EU. hence my request for victory granted to Putin in Ukraine, and a corridor for the Russians to *their* Kalingrad, as well.

doesn't matter. they were a large group of warriors that ruled their citizens (especially their farmers of course), and they grew too arrogant and aggressive in that management.

NATO did the same when they expanded east into the Baltic nations (cutting off Moscow from Kalingrad), and installing Zelensky as their puppet to fight for the western-installed/indoctrinated Ukranian national wish to join the EU and NATO, rather than cooperate with Moscow.

when the Minsk Protocols were brought forth by the people in the Donbas region, they were shoved aside and ignored by the west,
triggering Putin into the semi-desperate action of scorching all towns and cities in Ukraine. When that failed because especially the USA and Germany spent money on arming Zelensky's general-drafted forces (all Ukranian men above the age of 18 were forced into the fight on behalf of the pro-Zelensky political and military forces), they are now focussing on just the Donbass region.

what's at stake here, is of course, the wheat and grain fields of Ukraine.
The West wants to control them, to create political leverage over other countries, like plenty of African countries, and Russia wants to control them primarily to supply it's own citizens with a reliable wheat and grain supply, as well as a direct transport line to the Russian-speaking Crimean region, where they have a naval base of over one-hundred years old.

i say : to try to control the whole world, or increasingly large parts of it, is folly, and leads to one's own downfall.

i'd like to re-evaluate the entire NATO expansion east onto the Russian border and into the wheat and grain fields of Ukraine project, right here and now :

it has long been the tendency of the East to produce nuclear weapons instead of nuclear energy plants,
AND to shut off oil (1970s OPEC oil price hike) or greatly increase the price of Liquid Natural Gas (Putin, upon Ukraine invasion),
whenever they run into a serious conflict with the west.

Now Marxism, (the modern terms for that are Socialism, Meritocracy (China), Oligargism, the Kaste system (India), and other forms of the 1% ruling over the 99% of the worker populations, who have to live in very poor conditions), is teaming up with various Muslim and South-American ruling classes to form a new superalliance of countries that may be poor in terms of money and gold, but very rich in natural resources.

So, after a night of sleep and some telepathic consultations (telepathy_manual - Google Drive, file 'manual.html') with various Angels, The Devil, and of course God Himself, i've come to the conclusion that Zelensky with arms support by the west, ruling once again over the grain and wheat fields of Ukraine is not a bad thing at all.

We in NATO and the EU are now severely outnumbered, and the Chinese are already building a huge and very technologically advanced war fleet to rule over the South China Sea. They have announced a clear desire, without timeline, to take over Taiwan by force (or surrender).

So i don't mind it if the west controls where that 30% of the world's basic resources for bread go to. And guess what? Most of those supplies do not go to Africa, they go to Muslim countries like Iran. We need leverage in our negotiations, and drone strikes nor land invasions are going to get that job done.

I now support a win for Zelensky's forces in Ukraine, but still have reservations about the land corridor issue between Moscow, through Lithuania (which has a lot of Moscow supporters among it's civilians), to Moscow's Kalingrad.

"Star Trek" is probably one of the worst predictors of the future in science fiction.

Depending on which show you watch the show predicts what our world, and our galaxy will be like just over a century to 350 years in the future.

It's a show that claims to go "Where no one has ever gone before" and no matter where they go, there is always someone there waiting for them.

Those someone's are always bipedal mammals with bumps on their head who all speak perfect English, live on planets with a single society with buildings and technology nearly identical to our own. These aliens all have easily rectified problems that the crew of The Enterprise, or The Voyager, or The Discovery, can solve in less that 50 minutes counting commercial breaks.

All the technology of "Star Trek" ignores physics in favor or fast-pace plot devices. Transporters make stories move along quicker (we don't have to watch actors taking a 3-hour shuttle ride to the planet). The transporters can also break or be ineffective when they are needed most to heighten drama -- really bad writing.

Warp technology means that our entire galaxy full of aliens who look and talk just like us are only hours to days away at whatever speed they need to make the story work.

Gravity plating means that actors can walk around the ship just like they were on Earth and don't have to float around in space which --- has no gravity.
