Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain and also Southern Pakistan which is where huge numbers of both ISIS and Al-Qaeda dwell.

It is a miracle yes, and it's a great worry that it's almost a certainty that an Islamic group will attempt to get small suitcase nukes into Western nations and/or Dirty Bombs, so many people don't even seem concerned with this in the meaning they don't even think that these situations are possibilities, I suppose it's more comforting to just keep their heads in the sand.
