Memphis had a thug rampage downtown. 3 people shot. Then a thug used a car to mow down a Memphis cop and kill him.

Yep. He used a car instead of a gun to kill the cop. Thank goodness the cop used good judgement and didn't shoot at the car....the thug was unarmed and not hurt. Cop is dead....but yeah....at least he didn't shoot the thug.

They wouldn't release the thugs name. But....shockingly....media did release that it was a black male. This info is usually protected more than a classified Hillary email.
