The question I ask myself, given how much of what trump is trying to do has ended up being blocked by various judges, is whether it's part of the plan to force these actions in to the courts or the pushback caught trumples off guard?
To be clear, when I say trumples I'm not talking about the rank and file cult members. I'm talking about the folks who designed P2025. The folks who have been planning to implement the P2025 agenda for quite some time. The agenda trump lied about when he claimed not to know anything about it. That was a whopper.
It's a hard answer to know with certainty because generally speaking these guys are the gang that couldn't shoot straight. They've been forced to rescind or modify a lot of what they've done because of what appears to be unintended consequences. Consequences they didn't contemplate. As though they were so eager to tear things apart they didn't realize the extent of the damage they'd do. Too much hammer, not enough scalpel.
To the extent this offers any insight, perhaps they have approached the agenda with blindly religious zeal and therefore forgot not everyone shares their world view. Or they just don't care to play by the rules in a (quickly eroding) democracy.
