This is Why Anti DEI Supporters and Anti DEI Policies are Racist.

As some people celebrate Trump shutting down DEI in government they can't understand why they are being called racists. That's because their arguments always involve the claim that the policy is for blacks and the blacks who get the jobs are inherently unqualified or inferior to the white candidates that were supposedly passed over.

Furthermore making it about race, or specifically about blacks shows the overt racism in the opposition. DEI was never just for blacks.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination on the basis of identity or disability

It includes gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture, class, religion, or opinion.

If not for DEI, there would be no Governor Greg Abbott. There would not be a Kriti Noem or Pam Biondi. Every white woman in this forum bragging about a career wouldn't exist either. An individual Trumps age who wants a job would have no chance. I can keep going. So this entire time when I have been calling those who oppose DEI and affirmative action racists, it's because by the definition of the word, the belief that a group is inherently superior or inferior has been the argument made by every person here who has argued against these policies. Not one of you ever took the time to consider that blacks aren't the only people who are included in DEI or Affirmative Action.
Exactly.

The assumption is that white healthy straight males younger than 60 are the only people truly qualified to do anything

we discuss it as being about "Blacks" because it was primarily about blacks.

But, teh abuse of power and the violation of the rights of those denied jobs?

That is not on the blacks getting the jobs. A job applicant is not responsible for the hiring decision.

The attack on dei is an attack on the ASSHOLES who are doing the racist passing over of the more qualified whites in favor of the less qualified non white (male).

The black guy or the brown guy or the white woman, they are not in a position to even know what the qualifications of the other candidates were, nor are they the one making the decision on who to hire.

When the lefty responds to the point of the dei critic and ignores the actual policy and instead focuses on the black guy that got the job,

THEY are trying to make it all about race and anti-black racism, because that works for them as a tactic.

No one ever said that of course. NOr implied it in any way.

You are ignoring the actua issue to spout nonsense.

That’s what opposition and disparagement of DEI is

Nope. Not even close.

Every time you lie about what we say, you are admitting that you cannot refute our ACTUAL points.

Think about that. Just for a few minutes. It will lead you to surprising places.

Those like you make this about race. The policy is about equal opportunity and looking at the stats whites aren't being passed over.

Really?
A white guy, a black guy, and a woman all apply for a job. All equally qualified.

Nine times out of ten the white guy gets the job.

No, we don't as I just fully explained. And you ignored because it showed that your entire position is nonsense.

The policy is about equal opportunity

The policy is about racist discrimination against whites.

and looking at the stats whites aren't being passed over.

You look at stats to avoid looking at the stated intentions and clear actions of the policy.

Why look at "Results" and try to deduce intentions or actions, when the intentions are clearly stated and the actions are clearly visible?

Not fore generations. For generations the policy has been to discriminate against the white guy.

YOur pretense otherwise is just you trolling.
