The prosecution has until Wednesday to provide their argument why the stay should stand. The defense has until Friday to provide their argument why the prosecution should have to provide the grand jury material to them.

Comey's team has a pretty good argument that the Justice Department violated his Fourth Amendment rights.

I was on a Federal Grand Jury once, and the Grand Jurors were stupid and never cross examined the prosecutors or witnesses or any other "evidence". They said, "We just want to give them their day in court." In order to ask any questions, I had to get permission from the Head Judge of the Court House.
