Basically when he says, 'we fought at Bunker Hill for the right to sell stocks at higher prices then we bought them,' is when the hilarity starts. Too bad he's a Congressman, not a comedian.
Then he goes on to say 'CEO's pick boardmembers,' which is just more hilarity.
Of course - this guy has busy business to get to - he's smarter then you.
