Undersyand this basic fact, racial justice is not just something black people should be doing. The reality is that it is the responsibility of whites to be leaders in the quest for racial justice because whites were the ones tht created the problem. So then, if you and others cannot see or refuse to see the pure overt racism Charlie Kirk spat out of his mouth, you are indeed a racist, and it has nothing to do with my so-called preferred way of dealing with racism.

Nothing was misleading. You see, the problem with whites who think like you is that you have bought into racist thinking so deeply that you believe it's normal. First off, to assume DEI is just for blacks is wrong. White women benefited the most. Second, all labor data pertaining to jobs shows no adverse impact on whites, more specifically white men, by policies such as DEI or AA, because whites, and white men are the majority of everything, even though white men are less than 40 percent of the population. Third DEI and AA were polices created because whites, specifically white men, were only hiring white men regardless of the qualifications. So then it is disingenuous for whites to complain that the policy is racist, and it is indeed racist to assume that only whites are ALWAYS the most qualified for every job. Seems as if whites such as yourself conveniently have amnesia about things.

And do not come up with that tired, dried-up garbage claim about being punished for the past because it happens now. So it appears that the only dishonesty and misleading was in your mind. Furthermore, Charlie Kirk, a junior college dropout, meaning he had just a high school education, was not qualified to discuss public policy or to challenge anyone's job qualifications.

Getting back to my point, the quotes you posted were bullshit. For example, the quote where says something like "When I see a black pilot enter the cockpit, I think "Oh, I hope he's qualified"". If you read the interview that was plucked from, you'd see that he's citing that as one of the negative, unintended consequences of DEI/affirmative-action. The existence of DEI policies prompts people to ask those kinds of questions.

That was his point. He wasn't saying black people can't be qualified pilots. He was saying DEI prompts people to question their qualifications.

Now, whether you agree with that argument or not is another matter. But the fact that he's a critic of DEI doesn't make him a racist. And insisting that it does is both dishonest and a threat, a threat against anyone else who might dare to doubt your politics.

I worked in admissions and know for a fact that two out of three blacks would have been rejected if they were white, given their metrics.

This hurts two groups:

1) Obviously, the better-qualified whites who were rejected in favor of less-qualified blacks.

2) The well-qualified blacks who got in with metrics the same as whites, the former of whom will always be under a cloud when people wonder - logically - if they were among the majority of blacks who were admitted due to their race.

This is the point Kirk was making.
