Part of tht behavior is claiming that the term is overused to justify you continuing to be racist. Charlie Kirk was a racist. The comments he made were racist. What you believe about policies designed to end racism as being racist is incorrect. So, examine your belief system and stop repeating dumb ass right-wing bullshit.

There are federal minimums set forth by the FAA standards for flying that must be met or else the examinee fails. I don't care if they're black, white or purple with pink polka dots. One example on a check ride for PPSEL is that you must do a full stall AND recover I believe in less than 200 feet. Either you do this, or you don't. If you do, you pass that section. If you don't, you fail. Skin color doesn't matter.

And here we see an example of the flawed racist thinking about this policy. Affirmative Action allowed qualified blacks to get jobs that formerly unqualified whites were hired to do . Furthermore, the main recipients of this policy were white women. So every time a comment is made, such as the quote, it is evidence of that person's racism.

Now I find it funny that someone such as Charlie Kirk ran his mouth about people's qualifications because he dropped out of Junior college. The only way he was able to accumulate wealth was by peddling white grievance. His skill and education meant that he should have been working at a drive-thru window or washing dishes. Instead, he sold his soul to Satan, and that ended badly for him.
