That’s why it’s absurd when anyone questions the competency of Black airline pilots in the context of DEI or affirmative action. They’re not exposing some weakness in Black professionals — they’re exposing their own ignorance. Pilot proficiency is set by the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). Every pilot, regardless of race, meets the exact same standards. Period.

So when a white person tries to diminish a Black pilot’s achievement with a DEI jab, they’re not exposing a weakness in Black professionals — they’re exposing their own ignorance. There were several others on the race baiting crew in race relations, but none of them were nearly as prolific as IM2.
