Now look, you silly ass, warm weather in the West with a very low snow pack means increased chances for catastrophic fires this summer. Hoping for some cooler weather with moisture for the end of February and March. It was sarcasm!
You now agonize over warm weather in the west while ignoring record cold and snow in the east that is why you are getting the flack.
Thus it is YOU who is very simple minded person....

The current snowpack levels across Oregon are 37% of normal. The deepest snowpack was last observed at Mt Hood Test Site with a snowpack depth of 33 inches, which is about 38% of normal compared to its average depth of 87 inches for this time of year. The snowpack varies significantly across the state, with the highest depth at Mt Hood Test Site. Residents in southern Oregon, particularly in the Rogue Valley, should be aware of strong southeast winds and air quality concerns due to stagnant conditions.USDA
