Things a bit warm back East

You are getting old and senile, boy. Indian summers are in the fall, not dead of winter. We are in a La Nina. That usually means a colder winter. However that is not what we are seeing. What we are seeing is a continuation, in fact, an acceleration of the warming we have been seeing for the last several decades.

This week, record temperatures are expected across the East and Midwest due to a strong heat wave.
Indian Summers happen WHENEVER they happen, dumbass.

There is no “and.” The hack just wants to pretend that the globe is warmering and that it can only be and solely be the fault of humankind’s industrial activity.
I know. Olfraud is a one trick pony.

Record highs today for millions of people in the midwest and east. Most 20 degrees or more above normal. Even the lows exceeding the average temperatures for much of the area. In January during a La Nina. Hey EMH, you were happy to post about lows in Tennessee a while ago, why are you not posting on the present highs? LOL

That is WEATHER silly fainting boy!

And you are where. Here in Salem, Oregon, 48 degrees and raining. About normal. December was a bit warm with several 60+ days. My roses are still trying to bloom, the blooms look a bit ragged, but they are still blooming.

Yes it is called a strong onshore flow from the Pacific ocean which is why it has been unusually warm and wet.

It is called Weather child easily lived through.

Yawnnn, we have had this kind of weather before and the world is still humming along.

It appears that since you have been reduced to daily or weekly scaremongering over weather, it is clear you have nearly run out of climate bullshit to offer.

In other forums people like YOU have vanished completely which included mamooth who disappeared from several forums on this stuff.

You are one of the last holdouts thus you are a relic in training.

So now we're abandoning climate change and we're back to global warming, eh? Make up your mind. Next week we'll be back to climate change when the WEATHER changes again.

Such a lying old dodder you are. LOL

"Indian summer" refers to a period of unseasonably warm, dry weather that occurs in autumn, typically following a period of colder weather or frost.

Another dumb **** that doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Global warming creates climate change. Atmosphere and ocean warms, rainfall patterns and temperature distribution changes with the warming, voila, new climate for localities. So simple, unless one is totally simple minded.

Gee, the vulgar ad hom aside, in the previous history of the earth, what you just described has traditionally been known as WEATHER. Try again when you're less triggered.

Global warming creates climate change

It does, as it did during Jurassic, but Earth is not warming now.

Sincerely,

highly correlated satellite and balloon actual unFUDGED data
surface air pressure

Earth won't warm until Antarctica moves off the South Pole entirely....

How could you possibly know that without the oxygen isotope curve that you keep calling fudge?

The usable ice core data is less than one million years. Jurassic was a bit further back in time, moron...

Jurassic Period, a geological era (201-145 million years ago)

What happened when Earth had little to no land near the poles during Jurassic...

Warmer, wetter, much higher surface air pressure...

It's snowing in the Texas panhandle today.

Do you still not understand how this whole "weather" thing works?

So again... let me ask you how do you know the Jurassic was warmer and wetter without using the oxygen isotopes... which coincidentally shows that it was warmer.

Do you suppose it was much different than the last interglacial period that was 2C warmer than today with 120ppm LESS CO2?
Why annoy strangers on the internet?

Just go read what IPCC says.

That's the beauty of the internet, there's tons of geologic data out there that isn't controversial and can be used to learn about our climate.

I'm a huge fan of accepting knowledge on authority. Not so much a huge fan of doing so blindly. Do you have a problem with that?
