The Russian Army left Bucha at March 30, which was confirmed by the Mayor of the town in the same day. And nobody (including Ukrainian soldiers) mentioned the bodies lied on the streets until April, 3?

Extrajudicial killings is a "normal" practice of the Kievan regime so, highly likely, all those victims were accused in collaboration with the Russians and executed by the National Police.
