Are you a real poster or just some bot spreading some talking points? I already told you that the last Russian unit officially switched from Tochka U to newer systems in 2019. Not decades.

And I hope even you won't dare to claim that all these older systems were destroyed rather then sent to warehouses for storage, as the Russians do with a great deal of older military hardware.

It is now fully documented that the rail station attack with Tochka-U missiles was not by Russia, since Russia has not had Tochka-U missiles in decades. But the Ukraine does have a significant quantity of Tochka-U missiles.
