Apparently, so does the lack of it. Here is the gov. def. of child abuse:

"Any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker, which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation"; or. ... "An act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk of serious harm."

Considering 99.995 % of children survive covid, risk to the child was practically nil. The judge was faulty in his over reach. Far more children die of the flu, so if he was sincere about what was in the best interest of the child, instead of his own assumptions, he would have asked if she has had her flu shot...

Everything. Child support is seen as what is in the best interest of the child. An unvaxxed mother is not in the best interest of a child that isnt even old enough to get the vax.

I raised my son on my own and had buddies give me complete hell about not going my ex for child support. I wanted to, but the only thing that stopped me was, my son would be hurt.
