There is no life after death

If what you believe is true, NONE OF US will ever know. If "we" are right, you will find that you made a VERY foolish choice. I believe Jesus, the apostles and the prophets. I don't recognize your authority
Add to this truth the unfolding of prophecy in our day to day world and before much longer, people who do not believe are going to have to work hard to maintain that outlook.

I know I am not perfect -- very few people are perfect. Most people will suffer temporarily.

According to most Rabbis, the vast majority of people -- both Jews and non-Jews will have Eternal Reward.

Yes, again, according to those same primitive people........
In what way has humanity outgrown the nature of those primitive people? Not technologically or scientifically, how has our human nature changed? The rules and predictions written down by those "primitives" don't exist to change anything except our basic nature that leads to destruction. IMO, the only changes we've seen have been those that increase our ability to destroy each other , and now, even the planet.

Those who mock the idea of a Creator God, have no problem at all bending the knee to the altar of science.

how do you know there is no life after the physical body dies ????

you don't know Quasar44

you don't.
I was taught to believe there is and I do.

Then again, God gave me a dream 3x when I was a kid telling me I had to do something and I did it.

Maybe I have no purpose now, maybe that was my purpose. :dunno:

That doesn't seem likely, especially with all the things I did, and the times I could have died after that.
Shot at, (more than once) high-speed chases from police, beat up, all kinds of stuff. But here I am still.
Hanging onto the side of a vehicle at high speed while 2 jackasses played whack-a-mole with my face until I cracked the driver in the face and pushed off and rolled at whatever speed they were going? Then when I rolled off with $1100 flying out of my pockets the top of my ankle caught a sewer grate with 1" steel pieces which took a chunk of flesh from me.
Still here. That was an interesting night. I got laid after waking up all stiff and ankle chunk of flesh gone and bruised up. I did manage to collect all of my money.

We don't know what there is and what there is not after the body dies

OK?

so....we'll have to wait and see, right?;)

If primitive people wrote it in a book 1500 years ago it has to be true.

They aren't obligated to prove a negative. The onus is on you

Since it's a concept at least as old as language, and all across the planet, there must be something to it since it pervades every culture and every geographical area where humans existed. Just treat the word 'God' as a sort of intellectual placeholder for much more elaborate scientific concepts yet to be discovered. Hegel, an atheist himself, considered Christianity to be the highest and best intellectual evolution of theology.

Abstract

Chapter 6 is dedicated to Hegel’s interpretation of Christianity as the highest development in the history of religion. In previous cultures, according to Hegel, there was no conception of the true freedom of human beings, and for this reason people were not recognized as free beings in their religion and in their relations to their gods. Hegel’s claim is that only in Christianity is human freedom realized. Human freedom means having this inward sphere of rationality, which is able to recognize and give its consent to the external sphere of, for example, custom and law insofar as it is rational. This is something that requires that humans have reached a certain level of development. Prior to Christianity, humans were not understood to have this inward rational side, Hegel claims. Only the Christian God recognizes this. An account is given of Hegel’s analyses of the various Christian doctrines: the Revelation, miracles, the Resurrection, the Holy Spirit, and the Trinity. Hegel also believes that Lutheranism’s focus on the subjective belief of the individual is an important chapter in the story of the development of human freedom. Hegel’s account of Lutheranism sheds light on his view that Christianity alone is the religion of freedom. It celebrates the inward subjective side of the individual and regards conscience as something irreducible.

Its scary as hell but it does not exist

Do you ever wonder what you were thinking during the French Revolution or the Roman empire. I have .,,.. and its zero

I did not exist and we all wont when we die
The reason you do not believe in God is most often what Jesus says in the passage below, "a sluggish heart." . IOW, you do not have the desire to know the truth. . The reasons for such are multiple and varied. But often enough it is because of man’s greatest sin, imo. . Pride, ego, pursuit of pleasure and comfort above all else.

As far as “no proof” is concerned, how do you account for supernatural manifestations? . If neither you nor science can explain what is clearly documented and witnessed by thousands, your response is what?... ho hum? . That is I would call intellectual dishonesty.

[Matthew 13] And the disciples came and said to Him, "Why do You speak to them in parables?". Jesus answered them, "To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. . In their case the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says,
‘You will keep on hearing but will not understand;
You will keep on seeing but will not perceive;

For the heart of this people has become sluggish,
With their ears they scarcely hear,
And they have closed their eyes,
Otherwise they would see with their eyes,
Hear with their ears,
And understand with their heart and return,
And I would heal them’.

Try to remember what life was like before you were born
???
You can’t
That's OK, I can remember everything since I was around 20 months old.

Why are you trying to deny God so hard?

Jesus said, not only is there life after death but there's punishment after death, in case you're hoping there's just nothingness.

"There is a heaven to gain and a hell to shun." Choose wisely.
