She was an unarmed woman who threatened no one.
No one believes that.
If it was a private residence, she would have been charged with "breaking and entering"

Breaking and entering is the entering of a building through force without authorization. The slightest force including pushing open a door is all that is necessary.

It's weird.

These people normally believe it is ok to shoot an unarmed person breaking into their home. But it's not ok to shoot someone who is in the forefront of the mob breaking into a chamber, where there are still congressmembers in danger and being protected by police.

She ALONE might not be dangerous but she WAS NOT alone. And that is what they ignore.
She could have been carrying a grenade or anything.
ya mean like a 12 year old black child with a water pistol---COULD BE ACTUALLY
CARRYING A 45 ?

So could George Floyd. He was not shot.

Where did you come up with that looney idea? Of course not. She would have been shot in the process of committing the crime.

Yes...and the police had NO way of knowing what she, or the other rioters had in their backpacks, they had to assume the worst when the attackers were this close to getting their hands on our representatives.
Our representatives are not worth a shit. The police should have shot them instead.

Yes unfortunately. It should be illegal to make toy guns that look like real ones. The police can't know it isn't in our gun obsessed culture.

You have a right to your opinion, but not the right to form a mob and lynch them.

Actually, considering he was checked, incapacitated, and held down for almost ten minutes, no, they knew at that point he was unarmed.

Try another example.

Weird, it is not right to restrain someone resisting arrest? And that person dying because of it is a crime?
You're confused. Police can restrain someone resisting arrest. What they can't do, is continue to use force against someone who is no longer resisting, or no longer capable of resisting.

Here is the loony idea. The media expects people to accept this just like the fraud. People are not buying this crap. You are covering up a murder.

He is trying to draw a false equivalency. A better equivalency is somewhat shot taking part in a home invasion.

You are so full of shit. So the police protecting the congressmembers could not of handled an unarmed woman? This was a murder.
First off, someone breaking and entering is treated under law as if they were armed. The act itself carries the presumption of being armed and dangerous. So determining the invaders actual possession of a weapon, or ability to inflict personal injury is an assumption the law automatically grants.

So tell me...how are the police to know in a split second that she wasn't dangerous, or that the mob with her wasn't?

Are they psychic?
