And there's a high likelihood that a lot of the confessions were coerced. If you're indefinitely detained, you typically end up losing your job and a lot of other things. If the only way out is to confess, you can get people to admit to all sorts of things. Many of these people were not even given access to a lawyer for very long times.

Some people were violent, but they were a small fraction of the crowd. Also, most of the people that got violent had first been fired upon by the police with non-lethal but still painful ammo.

Doesn’t matter. No court case could change the outcome after Congress certified the election. Once that was done, everything was moot.

It was not up to the courts it was up to the State legislatures if those questioned elections were sent back to be investigated. They could overturn the results. Many tried to decertify but were stopped by RINOs. Why would they want to decertify a valid election?
