As a result of those opportunities, my parents (and aunt and uncle, too - they were all very smart) made their way out of poverty to the middle class. WTF are you talking about? Everyone has the same chance. Some work hard to build wealth, others work just as hard to get drugs. The person working to build wealth puts in the same effort as the one that breaks into houses, strong arm robs a store or steals cars to sell. All of that takes effort. One is productive and builds a life the others are ways to fail and end up in prison.

I think its really complicated while in the past 500 years since Intercontinental travel whites were indeed very priviliged and dominant even the only true perceived human beings (in some european countries as late as the 1950s there were human zoos for non whites) its wrong to still hold undifferentiated to theories of allmighty white privilige and opression in face of lots of modern Injustice and threats to White people
