The US Will NEVER Have Cross-Country Hi-Speed Rail

You want roads to drive that vehicle?
How about dependable electricity?
A water system you can trust?
An internet?

It is called Infrastructure
Something Republicans refuse to fund
Bullshit. Everyone wants to fund infrastructure. The problem is all the pork you liars attach to the spending. You ain't fooling anyone.

If someone were to suggest the interstate highway system today, the Panama Canal, the Erie Canal, or putting a man on the moon... there is 0.0% chance we would get it done.

We don't do great big things anymore. We're too worried about who gets the first drink at the well to dig one that will quench the thirst of the community.

Something equity is turning us into a third world nation with. We had those things before human infrastructure became the way for us all and at cheaper ways to build and maintain.

Most Republicans voted AGAINST Infrastructure and the Pork complaints were just Bullshit

Identify any pork

We need to invest in both light rail and high speed

More cars is not working

When do you think we will have a high speed light rail between Hermitage and East Palestine ? How about from Hermitage to Erie, State College PA or Altoona? or to Parkersburg WV or Athens Ohio or Imperial PA?

The idea is to skip over these cities entirely and just link the major liberal urban cesspools. Of course, we'll "see" and hear and smell those high speed vehicles, and we'll pay for them as well.

But we won't be allowed to actually ride on them.

How is it all these countries are capable of doing it yet the US is not? Are they all just that much better/smarter than the US?

China
Spain
Japan
France
Germany
Sweden
United Kingdom
South Korea
Italy
Turkey
Russia
Finland
Uzbekistan
Austria
Belgium
Poland
Netherlands
Switzerland
Luxembourg
Norway
You left off Montenegro.

How? They don’t have the party of “no” trying to stop advances

Exhibit A ladies and gentlemen.

Boulder Dam shouldn't have been built because Erie won't benefit from it?

Nice pile of apples you have there - but the US is an orange

What's their high-speed track mileage?
How much track would we need in the US?
What's their NY to LA transit time?
What's their NY to LA fare?
What's 's their NY to LA lift capacity?
How does that compare to the airlines?
