This. We had a chance to get a lid on this from about January 22nd - January 31st. But, it was more important to campaign and shadow the Democrats running against him.
A lost opportunity when the problem would have been much more manageable. Something that I would expect would happen with anybody sitting in that chair not named Trump.

America is doing fine considering your population size and being the #3 location for tourism, the size of your nation, the level of travellers you have, and, the immigration numbers from places all over the world.

Really, the virus has been quite concentrated in New York, half of all your cases. Everywhere else you're numbers are lower than even Canada which has far less travel, tourism and immigrants.

Take California for example. They have approx. the same population as Canada, and they have LESS instances of coronavirus than Canada has. Which is many ways, runs contrary to the argument that density is the reason for spreading as California is geographically much smaller than Canada, the second largest nation on earth in terms of physical size and one of the least dense in terms of population.

LOL. No, it's not. It's a Fox news fluff-up-Trump piece built on cherry picked data. All it took was a visit to the linked site to figure out it was a ranking based on data collected largely before the Trump administration started implementing their cuts and dismantling the agencies that could have helped with this outbreak. If you are honest and objective, look around, do you really think that we were prepared for this? South Korea was prepared for this. Japan was prepared for this. China flattened its curve by force. Unfortunately for us, you get what you get when you have a reality TV star as President.

The Fox piece is just an attempt to explain away Trump's myriad of failures, inaction, and incompetence.
