The U.S. gave free reign to Al-Qaeda in Syria: Now they're emboldened & want Nigeria

One President better step up to the plate and change this.

It is wrong. It is only because we have these tools called social media at our disposal are we even able to corral these men at the top of the military food chain and never forget who is the CIC. Obama right now. He cannot shirk his culpability for the drone deaths of so many.

Only because we have the ability to spread the word so quickly that Obama's administration was arming AQ and the so called rebels who are really just paid terrorists were we able to win a victory against the American war machine.

Putin did not win this PR war without us. Everyone who was on the internet and spreading the word about the "rebels" Obama has been backing that they were paid terrorists by Qatar and Saudi Arabia won this PR war.

Truth Out!

This is why Obama and his henchmen dared not strike Syria.

Obama armed AQ(not actually AQ, but typical bs media label because they have a similar ideology) in the same way Bush armed AQ.

Obama didn't strike Syria because the American people are sick of all wars that we should have nothing to do with. We want to stay out of war in a region thousands of miles away from us for the sake of this and that.

And that includes Iran. An war on Iran will never succeed because the American people do not want war regardless of who it's declared on. Not because so and so doesn't like Obama.

Israel the lunatic state can do decide what it wants to do on its own, they better not drag us into a war. Unfortunately, you're republicans who were so enthusiastic against involvement in any war overseas are the same people who at the same time want and will support war against Iran. While also claiming Obama was weak and Putin defeated him after they got what they want.

TD, tell me your honest opinion, leave politics out of this. Are you really against what we do in the Middle East and do you want it to come to an end? I'm not talking about removing military bases. Let's just start with no more wars there. Give me a sincere answer, please.

Before I get into my opinions and they are strong regarding the ME lets get some facts straight.

Bush never armed AQ.

Obama has been arming aiding and abetting Qatar and Saudi in this fight for Syria. He is the CIC after all. Qatar needs Assad gone. We know this. It's all about the pipeline. Putin stopped this bullshit. I am still very upset that America is continuing to aid AQ and radicals.

Now that aside and out of the way, let's talk ME.

You saw my post about the gardener. I mean that with all my heart. I wish desperately for peace so those that live there can just get on with their lives.

I am tired of the proxy wars. We hurt so many. Now drones.

I can't even wrap my brain about Obama's policy of drone kills. Maybe just maybe a terrorist at a wedding party and Obama's men send a drone that kills 70 plus?

I cannot and will not abide by this policy.

I can't though just put my feelings in just one post.

Then stick to your countries involvement of the War on terror like this one:

During his second visit, Mr. Chrétien hailed the immense progress made by Turkmenistan since its independence. He also stated that President Niyazov had succeeded in setting up a unique development model that took into account both the country’s enormous potential and its favourable geopolitical situation.[47] Yet, he doesn’t seem to have considered the 2006 report by Human Rights Watch (HRW). According to HRW, under the late president for life, Saparmurat Niazov, Turkmenistan was one of the most repressive and closed countries in the world, characterized by backward policies, particularly on culture, education and health. For example, (i) a Turkman law equates criticizing any presidential policies to high treason; (ii) the study of the Ruhnama, a “new holy book” written by the late President himself, is replacing other disciplines in the school and university curricula. (iii) the President’s February 2005 proposal “to close all libraries, with the exception of the central library and those attached to universities.” Already, over 100 libraries have been closed.[48]

The US gave free reign to Syrian rebels of which some are Al Qaeda. How did Oblama do all this?

There are no Syrian rebels.

Paid fighters. Paid by Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The truth is out.

AQ dominate the so called "rebel factions". It's basically a foreign invasion in Syria trying to run under the guise of a Arab Spring rebellion.

It's bullshit. And Obama was busted for it.

Money is the partial reason for the wars in the ME. Religion is the other.

We have people here that supported Bush II and his wars yet, let Oblama take over and it's the devil on the loose ideology.

You're mentally sick. And all you other people's who play these political games. If you really didn't want to meddle into others affairs who would go out and demonstrate against your whole government every day of the week.

But, as usual, this is more Obama bashing. None of you really care about our destructive foreign policy. You often encourage it too.

I don't know what makes you believe you're entitled to have things both ways as well.

That being said, more and more people are becoming reasonable by the day. This new generation is done understands our government well.

Western governments will no longer be able to repeat their history.

When our marines and army go traipsing all over the Middle East, eventually inhabitants take dead notice. When the marines went into Somalia, we found there are dire consequences. Any Americans who have zero compassion for what effect our troops presence, our bombs and the presence of drones in 3rd World countries are the ultimate selfish humans in the whole of history.

America ONLY matters and FUCK the rest of the world. I have seen it said on USMB several times in the last week or so. :eusa_hand:

When marines went to Somalia, in those two days, 3,000 Somalians were killed.

I watched the movie Black Hawk Down a couple of months ago. The Somalis kicked our asses, and the only alternative was a full-scale invasion. Thank God, the president then had the wisdom to just let it go. :clap2:

Our last two presidents don't have the wisdom God gave them. :eusa_silenced:

Interest and proxy wars. To sum it up. We are all tired of them. I think there's more to it than just the drone program.

The problem is this constant feeding in of 'radicals' is the only reason this is going on. The people are the problem. They claim to oppose these things but advocate killing people around the world for no reason at all. The war on 'terror' is based on this, it's the disguise for the real story behind this offensive. We don't really know exactly why all of this is happening. But, we continue to fall for the same games in which we give our governments open means to commit what they want.

The term 'terrorism' is sickening, it dehumanizes whatever opposition there is. It's been used to overthrow democratically elected governments, it's been used to collectively punish people, it's been used to declare air invasions, drone programs, a lot of sick and destructive things. This is why i have a hard time seeing how we claim to be the moral ones, or why people think it is a moral war. It is the best way to do whatever a country wants. The problem with Americans for example, whenever they here about 'terrorists' or even if they don't kill innocent civilians deliberately, they call them Islamist militants. What comes to people's mind is 9/11 and they think all those rebels/militants have one goal in their head which is to destroy America. Which is so out of this world, they often are people who don't even care for America. They seek social change in their countries, sometimes by violence. But, who hasn't used violence?

My point is, this won't come to an end as long as people stay this gullible.

And as you pointed out, the wedding massacre committed by the CIA, don't say Obama. These are American organizations and the American military which is so pathetic for wiling to massacre innocent people. This army has become a sick thing. And that is deliberate. So it is terrorism. Plain and simple. We've committed thousands of this kind of "double-tap" attack in which we bomb first responders and murder them. This has been our military policy for decades. And people have the guts to say we are moral. No, we are mass killers and terrorist criminals.

Our Liberal Prime Minister Chretien at the time?

You should read your shit before you post it.

Oh and Chretien? You know why he didn't back America in Iraq? It was very personal.

His son in law was involved in the oil for food scandal. With his brother. Made quizzillions. Company was out of France.

Oh and Chretien never resolved one of my biggest issues. Wouldn't even fight for her.

We are finally getting justice for her, but I have spent years fighting for her. Chretien blew her off.

Her name is Zahra. Was Zahra. No is Zahra. I keep her alive in my heart so present tense will pass I guess.

It was a rough battle, and I've watched the movie. Sadly, it's a propaganda movie which focused on what a couple dozen marines were going through while disregarding the thousands of Somalians killed in that battle or the hundreds of civilians killed. I don't sympathize with those 'peace-keeping' forces.

The movie should have showed the viewers why the Somalians were so angry.

The US did no such thing in Syria. And the US is not the world's policeman anymore. Didn't the failure of the Iraq War teach you wingnuts anything?

First Nigerian Scam in History

This was the first Nigerian Scam in the World – the first Nigerian scam that started all the other advance-fee 419 scams in the world!

By indirectly helping the rebels in Nigeria, Obama has made the "419" Nigerian scams a much greater threat to Americans, especially those on the internet.

If all or most of those mercenary rebels, once they're done sacking Syria, make their next moves to Nigeria, the situation will be a repeat of Syria, and that will unloose a firestorm of Nigerian-based fraud onto the internet and onto the U.S. Billions, if not trillions, of dollars are at stake, because these frauds have and will add up to those numbers. Obama's socialistic vision for the world is winning big-time.

Nigerian scam: a brief history
26 December 2008

The Nigerian scam (also called “419″ or “advance fee fraud”) is, I was surprised to discover via Snopes, a very old one:

The Nigerian Scam has been emptying the pockets of victims for decades, first through letters, then with faxes, and now via e-mail. In its earliest incarnation, which dates to the 1920s, it was known as ‘The Spanish Prisoner’ con. In that long-ago version, businessmen were contacted by someone trying to smuggle the scion of a wealthy family out of a prison in Spain. But of course the wealthy family would shower with riches those who helped secure the release of the boy. Those who were suckered into this paid for one failed rescue attempt after another, with the fictitious prisoner continuing to languish in his non-existent dungeon, always just one more bribe, one more scheme, one more try, away from being released. ...

How do you know it is propaganda? Were you there? However it went down, the Somalis kicked us out of their country in a humiliating way. Yes, many Somalis were killed, but they bravely fought for their country, exactly like our men fought for ours in WWII.

The PM of Canada does not run every dept of the state either.

You truly do not understand the politics up here. The only one ever that never had his stick on the ice in my lifetime has been Joe Clark.

From Trudeau on every PM with their Cabinets have run every department with their policies, good or bad.

And they take the heat if a department fucks up. Just ask Paul Martin.

You are still supplying arms, money and training to the paid terrorists errrrr rebel fighters from all those foreign nations errrrrrrrrrrrrr rebel fighters in Syria.

By the way, how can you have foreign rebel fighters fighting in Syria for errrrrrrrrrrr democracy in Syria?

Rejoinder Nigeria Civil War (1967 ? 1970) Niger Bridge Tragedy General Murtala Not to Be Blamed Alone

– By Ahmed Adoke

I commend the time/painstaking by Brig. Gen. Godwin Alabi Isama memoir of the Nigeria Civil War, 1967–70 THE TRAGEDY OF VICTORY and rejoinder to his interview of Saturday Nation Newspaper dated 13th July 2013 pages 20, 21 and 47 and the presentation of the book recently at NIIA, Victoria Island, Lagos State published in the News Magazine 19, August, pages 52 and 53

Straightening of historical records should be the concern of patriotic Nigerians and we should learn to appreciate efforts of our leaders at all levels of governance. Our dead leaders should not be castigated particularly those who fought for Nigeria to remain one indivisible country.

Civil Wars can reoccur and, also, spread to neighboring countries. The Civil War in Libya spread to Syria right after we put boots on the ground in Libya. Isn't Obama playing a dangerous game with the lives of millions of Africans and Arabs, by continuing the former administration's policy of invading more and more countries? While most believe Obama is done with Syria and invading more countries, I doubt it.

We didn't have boots on the ground in Libya and we have not invaded any ME countries. Show a link about boots on the ground and US Troops invading any county under the Obama administration. I say you full of shit and spreading misinformation. You are horribly misinformed or a liar.
