But that's precisely why it's important that impartial courts decide what's right or wrong, and not people acting on gut feelings. If it was self-defense, then it was self-defense.

No, there is no attempt here for the FBI to be independent. Yes, it is supposed to be. The same is true for the DOJ.

Now that the FBI has taken over the case and kept the state of Minnesota out of it, it is federal. It was going to be federal anyway, because ICE is involved. But the FBI won't share its "evidence" with any state or local authorities.

No, I don't think all the courts are impartial. And I agree that there's a war between the left and the right... But where we disagree is I believe it is by design and continually being pushed and exacerbated by the powers-that-shouldn't-be who control both sides. It's classic Divide and Conquer. Until more people get that, it's just going to get worse and eventually we're all going to be screwed.

I believe that the US fights to ensure that the courts are impartial, or at least become so again. And that's what laws are for, which judges must adhere to. There shouldn't be any political interpretation of the justice system. I know we've had times in Germany when things were different, and that's why I prefer the rule of law.

The agent wasn't physically hit because the agent quickly moved out of the way. If he hadn't would be pushing up daisies now. She ATTEMPTED vehicular homicide on a federal agent. Law enforcement is trained to respond to use of deadly force with deadly force. You morons can try and spin this all you want, but it will not fly in any court other than with an Obama appointed judge, and that will soon be overturned in appeals.
