She was trying to cross the street and go in the opposite direction but she had to stop as the procession came. She waved the first car through and was doing the same to the other cars but the second car stopped and came after her. She then panicked. See this video for a clearer picture

The Minneapolis mayor and the Minnesota governor went too far in inciting people to 'fight' ICE. I don't see much difference between them and what Trump said on Jan 6. At least Trump did use the word "peacefully'; I doubt that the democrats did. Words matter.

The ICE protesters went too far too. Stay on the sidewalk with your signs and yell your head off, fine. But partially blocking traffic to impede the ICE operation went too far. That is illegal and you deserve to be arrested. Failure to comply with the order to get out of your car is also illegal, as is the attempt to leave the scene.
