Consider a teenager. He's brown, by the way, which will matter. Working at his job moving carts in the parking lot of a store.
ICE shows up with a dozen of their militarized, masked, angry looking dudes walking in an angry little pack.
The teenager says "**** ICE". ICE starts walking towards him, so he walks backwards, saying "**** ICE" numerous times.
What happens next? ICE agent grabs him and throws him to the ground where four others sit on him and cuff him, throwing him in the back of an SUV and driving him away. He has his passport in his pocket at the time. He's a citizen. He's released hours later.
Why was he thrown to the ground and hauled off to their little headquarters? I mean, we don't know for sure, but it wasn't because they were looking for him. Most certainly it was because he disrespected them.
This is a clear violation of the first amendment. You guys keep banging the desk saying that any minor infraction of the law must be dealt with immediately with as much force as is necessary, but you don't really care that ICE can trample all over the constitution on a daily basis and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
