The truth on the Renee Good shooting lies in the middle

Left says it was murder by out of control ICE agent.
Right says she tried to drive into the agent.

It says here that the truth is somewhere in the middle.

1. She never should have been there to begin with
2. She was an anti ICE crusader.
3. She may or may not have tried to drive over the agent. Video inconclusive.
4. The agent was trigger happy.

Respect ICE and respect our immigration laws and this won't happen again.
The fact that this topic is listed under politics is profound. Noone should be dying because of their politics.

Force was used upon her. Violence was used upon her.

Your side worships violence.

Shit talk change the facts.

If I got what I wanted, your side would stop it's use of force and no one would get killed.

You are the one that is refusing to let ICE send these people HOME, where they belong. You are the side using force to try to stop them.

For you to get what you want, more people will have to die, in pursuit of your goals.

That is what you want. YOu want to keep sending stupid women to fight armed men and get killed, so that you can use their deaths for PR purposes.

It seems pretty obvious.

Point is that killing her did nothing to protect himself or anyone else.
So I can agree in the aftermath. Not in the instant. Where accountability lies. I don't want to see death upon a woman like this no matter her sexuality or her political persuasion. However, there is a pervasive attitude you do not have to yield to the authority of law enforcement these days.

And that tenet is the cornerstone of any orderly society and enforced often brutality around the world to retain order.

that's not middle. Middle is, let the investigation play out and let the City be involved as well.

1. It was a public road, there was no ICE facility near by, it was near her home, she had a right to be there
2. Its a first amendment right to say ICE sucks
3. Its conclusive. He wasnt run over. He wasnt injured. She clearly backed up to give them room. She turned right
4. No. He was an angry man who shot her out of anger and called her a ******* ***** as he pumped 3 shots into her face (at least 2 are 100% conclusively shot from the side. Shit, the third shot he had to step forward to shoot her in the back side of her head.

Lying to yourself in overdrive about this one.

What would you call some crazy dyke that just tried to run you over?

Law enforcement also has a pervasive attitude that the population should cower in fear of their authority and should abdicate their civil liberties.

Accountability and respect for rights is also a cornerstone of an orderly society.

Hold on, are you saying that the reason he is still alive is only because he fired in self defense?
They actually think that. Not sure if they know it’s a lie or not, but they say it a lot. Just don’t ask them to explain.

“let the City be involved as well.”
Yeah, the same City whose leftist morons are already screeching about “murder”.

1. It makes no difference whether it was near her home or if an ICE facility was near. Blocking a public road is against the law.

That the driver was a lesbo, “ICE Watch jihad soldier is not an entitlement to block a public roadway.

"Officer Villafuerte believed that he was either going to be run over or pinned between Mr. Gomez-Guerrero’s car and his own squad. Officer Villafuerte believed he was in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm. Confronted by these circumstances, Officer Villafuerte drew his weapon. He fired three shots. He then moved to his right to evade Mr. Gomez-Guerrero’s moving car. Once that threat was removed, Officer Villafuerte immediately stopped firing his weapon and holstered it."
- PD summary

I particularly liked the part 'He then moved to his right to evade Mr. Gomez-Guerrero's moving car'. I think this is one of the complimentary reasons for the 'move out of the way' policy. Believe it or not, discharging your weapon in scenarios like Gomez-Guerrero's or Good's doesn't actually change the laws of physics and motion in that moment lol.
How sure are you that Mr. Gomez-Guerroro would not have backed up and finished the job, if Officer Vilafuerte had done the matador move you are so sure you would have done in the same situation instead of defending himself with his firearm?

Deep. Was Renee Good above the law when she decided not to stop and get out of the car as instructed by Federal law enforcement agents ?
No she was not above the law, and I think most people would agree that she should have just complied instead of trying to flee. Her fleeing is not reason for her to be executed though.

You want people to abdicate freedom.

Submit to the thugs.

This isnt accurate though. The every day experience of law abiding versus those that are negative is vastly different.

Negative law enforcement encounters are almost always, not always, the result of disrespectful interaction by the citizen.
