Many CEO’s compensation is now being tied to how diverse their workforce is throughout the ranks. The ultimate measure and concern of a CEO should be the profitability of the company, not some Dr. Spock pshyco-babble social engineering platform espoused most 14-22 year old kids . Since it is all about ”fairness”, will NBA CEO’s/owners be held to the same standard? My guess is no since it diversity only seams to matter when there aren’t enough miniorities in a business or on a team. For some really odd reason, it doesn’t work in reverse.
