I think it's on the history channel now and then but it's well worth the time. It doesn't open up any conspiracy theories or trash the movie. It adds to story by interviewing the crew and documenting their heroic actions that led to the questionable decision by Phillips to jump off the ship in a lifeboat with pirates and the desperate attempt by the ship's crew to stay with the Capt and block the lifeboat from disappearing. A U.S Destroyer the Bainbridge finally showed up and forced the Norfolk based cargo ship to abandon the effort and proceed to a port in Africa where they proudly hung the U.S. Stars and Stripes on the railing for the world to see. Unless you forgot how it ended, Navy Seals took out three of the pirates while their leader was under arrest and Capt. Phillips was rescued. Phillips retired in 2014 and the Somoli pirate is probably living better after being sentenced to 33 years in U.S. federal prison than he would have back in his hometown.
