"Russian Collusion" or not. Information exchange on candidates, such as "Steele Dossier" or "Trump+Russian 'Collusion' " are normal "politics" unless there is traceable and actual ballot or ballot count alterations.

In the same league as the "Steele Dossier" paid for by Clinton/DNC; i.e. usual politics. Unless actual ballot or count alterations or changes, no real affect upon the election resulted from either sides' activities to find or create "dirt" on the other.

Both sides may have been "unethical", but "tresonous" and/or "illegal" remains very subjective to date, with little or no real traceable impact on final election ballots cast or counted. Or at least no real evidence of such presented to date.
