Granted, it is the 70's. We light out on Thursday night, riding in John's 1972 Dodge Challenger, 426 Hemi under the hood. School wanted us to take the bus, we passed. And we put them on the hook for hotel rooms both Thursday and Friday. It is the High Point Debate tournament, a big draw on the east coast in the fall, start of the season.

My fourth one, started my freshman year. Got teamed with a senior that had friends that ran that high end debate circuit, flew on those jets. That first year, we got laughed at. This year, it would be different. We checked in to the hotel and then drove to the airport, case of beer in a cooler. We watched the lear jets land. I told my guys, a bunch of hard partying rednecks from hell, we own their ass this weekend. That we did.

Trump ran very efficient businesses for 50 years. He is extremely organized. Harris is a mess. Trump has restructured the template needed for the presidency. Business leadership is a MUST.

In cities, white men with a rural background are part of DEI. Harris was more qualified than Trump, even after he had been President. That is completely stupid. First, obviously, you have never attended a graduation ceremony for engineers. I have been to several, very few WASP's graduate with a degree in any engineering field, especially not computer engineering. And from experience, you graduate with that degree and your male and white, companies will beat a path to your door.

Now to the Harris bit. Total ignorance and racist. Harris's parents were both college professors. What are the indications that she was a DEI benefactor. She grew up rather well off, it was the 80's, and did Howard University let her in because she was black?

My son is a CS grad from the college of Engineering. Plenty of WASPs and WASCs there.

I guess, at the time, some 200 years after the land grants, Grandpaw's Dad owned thousands of acres. It was said he could walk all day in any direction and never get off his land. I mean over two hundred years of the wealth that was that land passed down, from one generation to the next, without any taxes paid on capital gains because of the step-up.

That was the people those newly freed slaves were up against. That is the root of the racial wealth gap.

Most of those people had their land seized and redistributed during reconstruction without compensation.
