Please explain to me if I withdraw $500 dollars out of my account every 10 minutes why would that be a crime? Who am I hurting? If you had $100,000 in your bank account, and withdraw any amount below $10,000 why aren't you in jail?

Mr. Wade was responding to an evolutionist supporter who was slandering Dr. Hovind and denying the unfairness of Dr. Hovind having been put in prison for 99 months for withdrawing 9600 dollars out of his own bank account. He didn't own 7 homes. He didn't break any law. He was and is political prisoner. From what I've read the jury didn't come to any conclusions on any of the charges but one. So Dr. Hovind prayed for someone on the radio and he took 9600 dollars out his own bank account. And for that he has been in prison suffering postponement after postponement to keep him there. If ever there was a case of a first amendment rights being under attack his case is it! Dr. Hovind was lied about it in order for the evolutionists to attempt to descredit him and destroy his reputation. In order to punish him. They attempted to silence him but have failed.
To God be the Glory they failed and Dr. Hovind has continued to stand strong in his faith and in his calling to educate people on the difference of indoctrination and education. To educate them on the truth about evolution (it's a lie)
The former being what people in colleges are getting today - indoctrination - NOT education.
