The original lie is that God wanted to keep Adam and Eve "down" by stopping them from eating of the fruit of knowledge.

Interesting perspective and something I can't really argue against.

God was setting man up to "learn the hard way" by allowing the knowledge of good and evil. However, God also allowed Satan and demons free access to man. Without God's spirit indwelling mankind has been influenced more towards evil than towards good. It's still a mystery why God has chosen this for man, but it likely has to do with his anger over the rebellion of Lucifer and the damage that did to his Kingdom.

I discovered this by researching the original Hebrew words. There is nothing in the discourse that suggests a "snake" was present in the garden. I knew beforehand that pregnant women eating dirt was and is a common practice all over the world.

The Romans and the Jews murdered Jesus. The lost sheep of the house of Israel had nothing to do with it. Even today the Jews revel in his death, and the Romans glory in it by displaying images and likenesses of what they did to him.

Why in THE WORLD would be woman be compared to a "beast of the field"? That's a terrible interpretation and against the very heart of Genesis.
