Well, the letter basically was saying the legislature should disregard the votes of Georgia and appoint new electors for Trump. So that doesn’t seem very democratic to me.
Do you think the AG was wrong to refuse to send the letter given he didn’t agree with the contents of it?

It is the same if Kamala wins.
It will indicate that voters prefer her to the convict.

Asking for an investigation and an assembly by the legislature does no such thing.
Federal elections, while run by the States, follow the Federal Constitution.

Not surprising in the short timeframe given between the election and the certification mandates.
I have stated no such thing. Executive officials occupy their offices at the behest of the President, if they want to refuse to perform a legal action, they can resign.

There’s absolutely no reason for the DoJ to send this letter. It had absolutely nothing to do with their role in government. If someone in Georgia violated a federal law, they should prosecute it. If not, they have nothing to do with the matter.
The DoJ did not find any fraud so they have no reason to recommend to Georgia about what to do.
The entire thing is purely political to help Trump. That’s okay with you. To politicize the DoJ.
