This president was given a complacent majority in both houses of congress for two years, during which time Obama enjoyed substancial legislative victories, and now three years in after loosing the House and unemployment a sustained high, poll numbers at all time low, an economy in crisis, NOW it is because of those mean Republicans not allowing Obama to be liberal enough.

What the Constitution says is that it is up to Congress to do the business of the people. That includes paying debts and raising taxes to PAY those debts.
