The Myth of Birthright Citizenship: A Constitutional and Historical Refutation

I think making it retro-active is the only way it will work. We have to remove the 130 million non-whites in america before they bankrupt us. Here is a legal way to do it.
The country has turned away from your dumbass identity politics. Let it go.

That shows how stupid you are. I am the one fighting identity politics.
Are you fucking nuts? Read your own posts. "The blacks!" "The blacks!" "Non-whites!"

Get the fuck over it already. The time for that shit has passed. Focus on political ideas and policies. If you can't, just shut the fuck up.

They never crossed any border.

Are you saying you are a believer in the "sins of the parents". People are responsible for the wrongs their parents have done?
Their parent(s) did cross a border illegally, however.

"sins" are a religious concept/term, not a legal one. We are discussing laws and consequences related to such.

Are people responsible for the good their parents have done? (To use your imprecise language.) This is a universe of duality/polarity.

Our laws treat children as property of their parents, in that perspective what their parents do implicates them as well.

Children inherit the genetics of their parents. Does this absolve the parents of any genetic illness or defects resulting from those genetics (DNA) passed on to their children?

Last time the Supreme Court considered it, they disagreed with you.
The Supreme Court is not absolute or infallible.
Often prior determinations have been over-turned. Such may happen again in regard to this issue.
It should IMO.

Never ceases to astound or amaze me how those who have contributed the least (if anything) to our society and nation are so quick to give away what isn't theirs to others who also break laws and cultural standards.

Really? So if that child of an UNDOCUMENTED MIGRANT robs a bank, they can't be prosecuted under US law??
Idiot!

"Jurisdiction" applies to more than one definition.

Jurisdiction as applies to one's nationality and related citizenship is not the same as applies to compliance with local laws. If a Frenchman here on a French passport with a USA visa breaks USA laws here they are subject to the respective legal consequences.

So you are responsible for the wrongs of the previous generations.

I agree, but the amendment doesn't make ant reference to "invasion"
That's because the Amendment, the 14th, was dealing with persons formerly considered property of citizens of the States in secession from the USA, as the CSA, during the War of the States.

After that war and with the return of the seceding States into the Union, some of those States implemented laws denying citizenship and Rights to the former slaves(property). The 14th was intended to grant citizenship and Rights to those denied such by the former CSA states.

It needs to be noted that the term "citizen" was in limited use and application 150+ years ago and that there was no such thing as "documentation"=Identity Documents (especially photo ID) for a person's legal status per nation of origin or residence or allegiance. Hence the language used then will not have same meaning or usage as we now have.

The Leftist part of our country has.
Did so decades ago as part of their agenda to hate and destroy the USA.

Although actions of such like Antifa and BLM suggest they engage in a limited form of Marxist/Leftist 'identity politics'.

Not the same as "responsible" in the context you implied/applied.

Some might say you also benefit from the wrongs, depending on what race and ethnic you are.

Argue in circles. People are not responsible for what others do. Especially when speaking of a kid.

Supreme Court will hear this case on May 15! Millions of foreign invaders have been granted citizenship based on the lie that if you are born in america to an illegal alien mother, then you are a citizen!! Hopefully they will be deported too.

It will be interesting to see how the conservative textualists on SCOTUS deal with this Their thing is that the constitution must be interpreted based on a plain reading of the words , not intent. It seems like they will have to jump through a few hoops and engage in so linguistic gymnastic to get around the “plain language “ of the 14th Amendment

Yet you were about to claim such.
That the 'children' were to blame/responsible for their actions of their parents.

Can you be more hypocritical and contradictory .... ???
