As a movie and military satire, it's pretty funny. George Clooney pulls it off without resorting to over-the-top antics.
However, as the movie disclaimer states: "more of this is true than you might imagine." All I can say is that I heard the rumors during the 80's and 90's about psychic warriors, remote viewing, spoon-bending and out-of-body experiences.
