The ONLY way to hire illegal immigrants is by a process known as money laundering.

IOW you can't pay anybody any money from a business account without some sort of records to show why you paid them. And if it is for labor...a Tax ID number is required. Even if it is a third party Temp labor service.

Not one invoice cannot be accounted. Even petty cash needs receipts.

I had literally dozens of illegal immigrants ask me for jobs. Very willing to work. I couldn't hire any of them unless I was willing to launder money. And the fines for doing such a thing are over the top. $1,000 per person, per day.

There's literally no way to get past the IRS agents either looking for just such things either. One illegal little girl came by and told me where she previously worked.(wanting a job) Guess who was listed the very next week in the newspaper being locked out by the IRS? Her previous employer.

The ONLY way is through a temp labor services through a third party agency who then dissapears and evaporates when caught. Otherwise it's not possible.
