Oh for sure, definitely more pork in the winter.
I would add a lot of fish in the summer as well.

I will definitely make chili again before summer.
Don't mind bragging... my chili won the cities chili cook off about 20 years ago. I have never entered any others.
It is made with chicken as the protein. Which is waaay better than beef. (In chili)
