and most importantly we need regulations and rules within our society.

Kansas has an unemployment rate below the national average (4.3% versus 5.4%) and experienced the best private sector growth rate in the region through the first three quarters of last year (1.7% versus 1.3%), it's only the state government, the bureaucrats and those looking to feed at the tax payer trough that are feeling the economic squeeze; the private sector in Kansas appears to be doing fine so **** the money wasters in government, looks like it time to cut government spending further.
