One that has never existed before and will never exist again. It’s a very specific human life that is separate and distinct from the mother.

Help me understand the idea that a criminal who accidentally or unintentionally kills a "child in the womb" during a criminal act can be (and some have been) charged with murder. . . but anyone else (mother/dr) who intentionally kills that same child (figuratively speaking) should be charged with anything less?
